Whist we are all about you enjoying your stay and having fun there are just a few things we need to mention that by agreeing to rent one of our properties you (and the members of your party of all ages and number of legs) need to adhere to.
1. No Hen or Stag Parties please.
2. We may choose to ask for a damage deposit of £150 payable at the time of booking which will be refundable 1 week after the end of your stay as long as there is no damage.
3. There will be a folder in each lodge that will show the rules for that particular park. It is your responsibility to read these and to adhere to them as any "bad" behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the park, there will be no refund in this circumstance.
4. Check in must be after 4pm, Check out must be by 10am - this is to allow the cleaners time to do as good a job for the next guests as they do for you. It may be that no one is in there directly before or after you so if you ask you may be able to stay there later or get in earlier but please email the request and receive confirmation before arriving or leaving outside of these times.
5. Please respect the lodge, it's contents and the neighbours at all times and keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am. No music played outside please at any time.
6. Accidents do happen and things get broken but please report this to us via email immediately and follow instructions in the lodge with regards items like the boiler if there are issues. Any damage that appears to be wilful will be charged to you. There will be emergency numbers to call if required that are local. We do not live in Cornwall (sadly!) so please do not call us as we will be unable to help you.
7. We do not charge extra for dogs as we trust owners to keep them under control but they MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED in the lodge, they can get very hot and they may also be distressed being in an unfamiliar environment and damage items.
8. Please keep dogs off the furniture and out of the bedrooms, maximum of two dogs per lodge.
9. Pick up after your dog - this goes for inside and outside and everywhere off the park too - keep Cornwall beautiful!
10. Supervise children at all times inside and outside of the lodge. Whist the sites are "safe" areas they should not be left to their own devices.
11. The keys are your responsibility, there are obviously spares but these are not held on the actual park so if you think you might misplace them or if you are going out separately from other members in your party why not put them back in the key safe rather than take them with you.
12. There is an outside tap with short hose pipe and shower gun for hosing down wet, muddy or sandy dogs, kids, boots, shoes, clothes or wetsuits. Please try to use this BEFORE entering the lodge, thanks.
Finally.....Relax and enjoy yourselves, you're on holiday!
